About the role
As an IT Support Engineer, you play a central role in setting up and maintaining our platform. You will be involved in implementing new clients, carriers, and integrations with external systems, ensuring smooth logistics processes. Reliability, flexibility, and scalability are your guiding principles. You will collaborate with colleagues from customer service, professional services, product management, and engineering to deliver our solutions to our customers.
Your profile
You are a motivated individual with a deep passion for the digital world. Your team-oriented approach is based on honesty and trust. You excel in abstract thinking, possess the skills to further develop our infrastructure, and can easily navigate the configuration of our logistics platform.
- Proficiency in Dutch or English (both spoken and written)
- MBO or HBO degree
- Strong abstract and process-oriented thinking with analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of modern Software-as-a-Service solutions
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes
- Basic knowledge of software applications
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Thrives in a team environment
Additional Skills (a plus):
