Job Description
As Engineering Application Administrator (m/f/d) , you will work in the field of IT application service. Mainly, you are responsible for maintaining system infrastructure and providing service for applications and process digitalization.
- Install, update and administrate PLM and ALM-Systems (e.g. Atlassian Confluence/Jira/BitBucket/ReqMan/SIEMENS Teamcenter)
- Maintain and develop the internal Atlassian tool environment
- Provide support and system maintenance for our internal requirements engineering application ReqMan and import customer specifications
- Develop and deploy SIEMENS Teamcenter customizations and ITK programming
- Support our internal users for other local, regional, and global Engineering IT systems and maintenance of user accounts in various systems
- Install and maintain global DENSO systems
- Preparation and roll-out of Engineering IT application upgrades
- Monitor Engineering IT applications and system performance, implementing improvements as well as software and hardware evaluation and testing
- Lead small site-specific projects
- Identify and evaluate future trends in the field of Engineering IT and generate ideas to make use of it
Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a similar discipline
- Experience in administrating, managing, and customizing PLM systems, ideally SIEMENS Teamcenter
- Experience in administrating, managing, and customizing Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket
- Ideally experience with ReqMan by em AG
- Preferred is a combination of technical knowledge about system management and configuration including the underlying databases
- Experience with programming languages (ideally ITK programming) is an advantage
- Very good level of English and good level of German (written and spoken)
