Senior Implementation Consultant (m/f/d)

Join our dynamic post-sales team as a Senior Implementation Consultant, playing a pivotal role in guiding new clients through the transition from sales to successful implementation.
As we embark on more extensive projects with prominent brands through our recent partnership with SAP, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing team.

YOUR (MAIN) RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Onboarding and Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, establishing trust and becoming their advisor during the initial months.
• Lead clients through onboarding processes, encompassing provisioning, design, and implementation, utilizing a blend of guidance, enablement, and project management skills.
• Ensure successful platform adoption, empowering customers to maximize its potential and providing ongoing technical guidance and training.

Project Management and Delivery:

• Manage multi-project workloads, taking ownership of delivery for both new and existing implementations of varying sizes and complexities.
• Apply appropriate project management measures to fit the type respective project type (SMB, Enterprise), ensuring project delivery on budget, in time and with the highest quality.
• Knowledge transfer and documentation of the project and customer integrations.

Technical Expertise:

• Handle multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating proficiency in technical consulting, including basic scripting and database design.
• Possess a profound understanding of IT infrastructure, web technologies, and Saas technologies without the necessity for coding skills.
• Act as a field representative for the Product team, presenting future enhancements to customers, and advocating for client requests in the product enhancement process.

Centre of Excellence

• Establish and maintain trusted internal and external relationships, serving as the center of excellence for our platform.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Client Success Teams, Account Executives, Marketing, Product and Technical Support teams to drive success along our value realization framework.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record in a client-facing role with a focus on implementation and project management responsibilities, managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with complex, large-scale enterprise organisations
• Ability to establish yourself as a trusted advisor, steering projects and clients towards impactful decisions
• Project management experience within the Marketing or Cloud industry is required.
• Proficient in technical consulting, including familiarity with basic scripting and database design
• Deep understanding of and experience with marketing- and CRM concepts in at least one focus area (e.g. Retail/eCommerce, Sports & Entertainment, Travel & Hospitality, Consumer Products, Communications & Media)
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, web technologies, and Saas technologies
• Familiarity with MarTech space systems (CDP, Consent Management Platforms, E-Commerce Platforms, PIM, ERP, Tracking-Tools)

EXTRA POINTS IF YOU ALSO HAVE

• Understanding of database design, DNS, and database marketing concepts
• Knowledge of the SAP CX Products (CDC, CDP, Sales Cloud, Commerce)
• Knowledge of data streaming concepts and experience with cloud-based technologies/systems (Google Cloud, AWS)
• Experience with frontend campaign management tools is an advantage
• PM qualifications (Prince2, Agile, A/PMP)
• Fluency in both German and English
