The Product Enablement Program Manager is responsible for developing the resources, tools, sales communications, and training necessary to help the Commercial organization effectively position the value of Emarsys, to support conversion and retention across the Emarsys portfolio. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales, solutions, and product marketing and has the ability to synthesize sales requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive go-to-market enablement program for the Field organization.
This role will work across departments to build supporting content and programs to enable the Field team to have consistent, effective, and engaging conversations with customers at each stage of the customer lifecycle, while helping to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization. This role will report to the Head of Product Enablement at Emarsys.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enable the sales force to have consistent, effective, engaging, and value-led sales conversations with prospects and customers at each stage of the sales cycle.
- Create and train on impactful customer-facing technical demos of value to be presented during prospect and customer engagements.
- Collaborate with our Product team to craft engaging slide decks, cheat sheets, deal win blueprints, competitor insights, and discovery questions that empower them to have the right conversations with customers and prospects across the buyer journey.
- Design, execute, and enhance Product-focused enablement programs for our global team including development of content, managing the rollout, adoption, and knowledge transfer of best practices on how to sell the value of the Emarsys product portfolio.
- Through collaboration with internal teams, maintain and enhance a knowledge system and process for collecting and managing information, sales collateral, and assets to ensure that the commercial organization has ready access to the most-up-to-date info on Emarsys’ product and services at all times.
- Enhance product-focused onboarding materials to support speed to ramp of the commercial organization.
- Work closely and build long-term relationships with product, product marketing, sales readiness, and sales leadership teams.
- Manage the end-to-end execution and production of enablement events, onsite and on-demand; this includes support in the delivery of programs, events, task execution, and overall planning.
- Assist in facilitating conversations and meetings related to programs and action items.
- Conduct and provide routine and ad hoc analyses and reporting regarding enablement programs, initiatives, progress, success metrics, opportunities, budget/resource assessments, and the like.
- Able to professionally manage work relationships across multiple direct or indirect managers.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and exercises sound judgment: candidate must be reliable and accessible.

- Ability to lead and manage at senior levels without direct authority.
- A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Software as a Service experience preferred.
- 5 years of Sales/Solutions Consulting/Product Enablement experience.
