Are you passionate about helping the world’s largest brands navigate the evolving media advertising landscape? Join Smartly! We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing professional to drive the growth of our Media suite and empower customers to optimize their media investments across platforms.

About the Role

In this role, you will act in an individual contributor capacity to own the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies to accelerate adoption of Smartly’s solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing, to deliver compelling messaging and ensure customers realize the full value of Smartly’s Media suite.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute GTM strategies to launch and scale creative solutions in partnership with Product Managers and Commercial teams.
  2. Create compelling messaging and positioning for Smartly Media suite, collaborating with Sales Enablement to train commercial teams effectively.

Customer and Market Insights

  1. Represent advertiser needs, analyze the ad ecosystem, and track competitive trends to inform product decisions and GTM plans.
  2. Conduct research through client feedback, product adoption data, competitive analysis, and market trends to identify opportunities.

Execution and Impact

  1. Develop clear success metrics and analyze the results of strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  2. Communicate new product features to internal teams, ensuring alignment and readiness for releases.

Strategic Partnership and Collaboration

  1. Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment across customer touchpoints.
  2. Provide insights from market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to influence product development and roadmap prioritization.

Impact Measurement

  1. Measure marketing initiatives and product adoption strategies, iterating based on performance insights.
  2. Identify and address barriers to product adoption with targeted campaigns, incentives, or tools to increase usage.

Qualifications

  1. 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in advertising technology, with a focus on media or social advertising.
  2. Exceptional storytelling skills with a proven ability to create differentiated messaging and narratives.
  3. Strong analytical and project management skills to prioritize opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  4. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  5. Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies with measurable results.
  6. Ability to balance strategic vision with execution, seamlessly navigating between big-picture thinking and detailed work.
