Location: Remote Germany (preferable Frankfurt, Berlin or Hamburg)

As Channel Partner Account Manager (f/m/d) with focus on the Solutions and Rack Systems on IT / OT Accounts you are responsible for growing revenues with a selected group of IT reseller accounts. You are engaging across all influencing and decision-making contacts within those accounts to ensure opportunities to develop new and existing business are maximised and a high level of customer satisfaction is established and maintained.

Your IMPACT

  • Accountable for delivering commercial results in line with the sales plan agreed upon with the Sales Director.
  • Responsible for developing Solutions and Rack Systems business within IT/OT accounts.
  • Ensure accounts actively participate in the IT Partner Program.
  • Ensure effective and accurate use of BFO and all related sales operation processes, including STIP and forecasting.
  • Liaise with Channel Marketing to identify necessary tools and collateral to support sales and marketing activities within each account.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or IT.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership.
  • Experience in IT Channel Account Management and solution selling.
  • Extensive experience with different customer types and buying behaviors in IT Channel sales.
  • Proactive and open-minded personality with a passion for working in local and international teams.
  • Autonomous working style.
  • Fluency in German and English with excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to influence others and build strong business networks up to VP level.
