Senior Talent Manager DACH

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Manager with a focus on Project Management to join our team, on a 2-year contract.

Role overview

As Senior Talent Manager at dentsu, you will develop and deliver talent management projects, adapting global initiatives to local needs and driving bespoke activities. For 2025 and 2026, you will primarily focus on 2 projects for dentsu DACH, meeting time, cost, and quality goals. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Talent & Leadership DACH and the HR community to help set the strategic direction for DACH talent activities aligned with business strategy.

You will have the following key responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the overall DACH Talent strategy, aligning it with business and HR goals.
  2. Support the execution of talent activity related to our annual talent rhythm.
  3. Accountable for the design and documentation of all project components.
  4. Support project sponsors and business leads in identifying, tracking and delivering benefits.
  5. Ensure project outputs meet business requirements and desired outcomes.
  6. Establish and maintain effective governance and decision making for the delivery of projects.
  7. Develop strong networks across DACH to consistently understand business priorities and project needs.
  8. Manage stakeholder relationships and communications.
  9. Address and resolve differences between individuals or groups.

Qualifications:

You are our ideal candidate if:

  1. You have fluent English language skills; knowledge of German is a plus.
  2. You have completed at least bachelor’s degree level studies.
  3. You have 3+ years’ experience in a similar talent management role, or in project management (with a strong interest in talent management).
  4. You have a solid understanding of talent management and people development principles.
  5. You have experience working in complex, global organizations.
  6. You have strong project management experience, including a proven ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight timeframes and to a high quality, and a strong foundation in project management methodologies and best practices.
  7. You have data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using insights to inform priorities and measure success.
