Your tasks:
- Have overall responsibility for the implementation of safety measures and compliance with the company’s safety requirements
- Train employees, contractors, and guests/visitors in accordance with safety manuals and requirements
- Plan, prepare, and update safety audits and re-audits based on the safety concept, risk assessment, and implementation of corrective and improvement actions
- Lead the approval and control of access control procedures and regulations within the organization, including the implementation of visitor procedures
- Control and check the safety systems at regular intervals
- Analyze the current situation and status of the entire security system, insurance companies, police, emergency services, and fire departments
- Implement and maintain all safety procedures and requirements in accordance with international standards
- Assume responsibility for legal, safety, health, and personal facts in the safety manuals and documents
Your profile:
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Several years of professional experience would be desirable
- University degree or a relevant qualification
- Experience with local safety, labor, and trade laws, contact with legal and technical departments
- Professional understanding of technical processes and dependencies
