Global Solution Manager “Design for Service” (m/f/d)

This is an outstanding opportunity to join our fast-paced customer service and success team at Dentsply Sirona’s innovation centre in Bensheim. As part of our team with a strong entrepreneurial and ownership-driven mindset, you are in a prominent key role responsible for driving our company-wide ‘design for service’ process. You analyse service requirements, prioritise them according to their business impact and coordinate their implementation with the different business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• You apply and live our company-wide “design for service” process.
• You identify service-oriented business needs for our products, define strategic measures to address said needs and track KPIs to reach those goals.
• You analyse, prioritise and coordinate the implementation of service requirements in collaboration with R&D’s respective product owners.
• You are in regular contact with our customers and stakeholders and analyse their interests.
• You evaluate feedback from the market, including general market trends, the behaviour of the competition and special customer cases.
• You build effective cross-division relationships and structures.
• You coordinate equipment releases and ongoing support.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Science, Economics, or a similar qualification.
• Professional experience with the technical handling of dental equipment.
• You have very good communication & teamwork skills and can make constructive decisions with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• You have a technical understanding and can combine this with commercial aspects.
• Curious and proactive by nature, striving to make things better.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (oral & written).
• Willingness to travel globally.
