Senior Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead FullStack Developer to lead our development teams and architect innovative digital solutions for our clients. Tasks:

1. Ensure the technical stability and performance of a project, quickly introducing changes and new functions.
2. Enable predictable and stable performance and few bugs, while ensuring fast feature development.
3. Develop and operate containerized backends deployed in cloud environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
4. Propose and communicate architecture and data model decisions.
5. Drive technical excellence by balancing the need for feature development, strategic refactoring, and managing technical debt, fostering innovation across the team.
6. Take responsibility for your work and focus areas.
7. Collaborate closely with product teams to provide technical insights on new features, identifying potential limitations or challenges early in the development process to ensure feasibility.
8. Work hand-in-hand with design teams to guarantee high-quality UI and UX, creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders on the client side for specific tasks or tickets.
10. Communicate relevant tech key decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders within the scope of their tasks and tickets.
11. Work self-sufficiently when solving technical problems and ask for help when blocked.
12. Provide actionable feedback to your peers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web or mobile app development, utilizing technologies like React.js, Angular, Vue.js (frontend), Capacitor, React Native (mobile), NodeJS, Django, Flask, Symfony (backend), and both relational and non-relational databases.
3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, particularly with containerized services, serverless architectures, and database management.
4. Strong expertise in software architecture, security practices, and sound software engineering principles.
5. A passion for creating intuitive, user-centric software and a commitment to delivering solutions that address real user needs with a focus on high-quality standards.
6. Proficiency in the German language is a plus.
