Aufgaben
Team Leadership and Management: Build, lead, and manage a high-performing development team.
- Create a collaborative and results-driven environment while mentoring and empowering team-leads to strengthen leadership across sub-teams.
Software Development Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, with a focus on agile methodologies and industry standards.
- Monitor and refine workflows to deliver projects on time and maintain high-quality outputs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, design, and operation teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Promote the adoption of new technologies and tools to keep the team aligned with industry advancements.
Technical Excellence: Define and uphold best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to maintain consistent standards in deliverables.
- Make informed decisions on the technology stack, tools, and frameworks to address current and future needs.
Architectural Oversight: Lead architectural decisions to design scalable, maintainable, and secure systems.
Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and address risks associated with software development to maintain consistency and predictability in project execution.
Qualifikation
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience: 10+ years in software development, including 5+ years managing agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
Technical Expertise:
Proven track record of developing high-reliability, low-latency software. Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python; experience with Go is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based environments, DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
Leadership: Excellent team management skills, with success in building and motivating high-performing teams.
Communication: Strong ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Adept at making decisions under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Innovation: Passionate about innovation and staying updated on industry trends.
Interest : Deep interest in financial systems and cryptocurrencies.
