Your mission
- You support the sales success of our clients in the markets of leading retail companies
- Monitor and improve the POS, ensuring special placements
- Motivate sales staff
- Generate additional initiatives to enhance visibility at the Point of Sale
- Conduct mini-trainings and provide brand and product updates for store staff
- Continuous and diligent reporting of developments within your sales territory
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or business degree
- Revenue-driven enthusiasm and entrepreneurial thinking
- Independent, reliable, structured, and self-responsible work style
- Passion for sales, enjoyment of sales and marketing, as well as interaction with people
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork challenges and a valid Class B driver\’s license
