We are looking for a highly analytical professional with a background in investment banking to bring a structured, data-driven approach to our creative agency. This part-time role (4–6 hours per week) is critical in evaluating team performance, ensuring accountability, and driving financial insights for decision-making.
Tasks
- Performance Analysis: 1. Evaluate team results based on hours spent, creative output (number of assets produced), and performance marketing metrics. 2. Provide actionable insights to improve team efficiency and performance.
- Accountability: 1. Act as the accountability partner for the creative team by holding them to performance standards and deliverable timelines. 2. Present findings constructively to foster improvement and maintain high standards.
- Financial Modeling: 1. Calculate hourly rates, project profitability, and other key financial indicators; 2. Ensure profitability benchmarks are met and aligned with company goals.
- Reporting: 1. Prepare weekly reports summarizing team performance, financial insights, and recommendations for leadership; 2. Present data in clear, concise formats tailored for decision-making.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Investment banking experience (minimum 2–3 years).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Expertise in evaluating operational performance and profitability metrics.
