What you’ll be doing:
- You act as a strategic HR partner and the go-to advisor for our leadership team, crafting innovative People strategies while driving the implementation of our growth vision and fostering an inspiring company culture.
- You lead and continuously refine the feedback and performance cycle, enhancing employee performance to build a sustainable, high-performing culture.
- You drive the ongoing optimization of our HR operations, leveraging automation and implementing cutting-edge HR technologies to significantly boost efficiency and productivity.
- You provide proactive, solution-oriented support to our employees, tackling complex queries with smart solutions and delivering top-notch assistance in all People matters—quickly, accurately, and reliably.
- You analyze engagement trends and develop data-driven strategies that inspire and retain our employees, enabling informed decision-making for both the People team and leadership.
- You take ownership of a seamless, accurate global payroll process, ensuring compliance and leveraging your expertise to provide a strategic advantage.
- You collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure compliance and lead transformative, business-critical projects—from reorganizations to change management initiatives—that propel our company forward.

What you’ll need to strive in your new position:
- Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering within dynamic, fast-growing international tech environments.
- Proven success in advising executive and leadership teams, implementing strategic HR initiatives, and managing complex employee relations cases.
- Strong tech affinity with expertise in modern HR and SaaS tools.
- Passion for designing and optimizing efficient processes, paired with a structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach.
- Enthusiasm for Learning & Development, with experience in creating and implementing training strategies that drive both individual and organizational growth.
- Deep expertise in German labor law, particularly in payroll and social security, along with precise handling of payroll processes.
- Fluent in German and English.
