Your tasks:
- You are responsible for establishing a uniform standard for project portfolio management for all national and international CCM programs/projects.
- You will develop and implement standardized project management tools and methods.
- You will also manage, coordinate and prioritize international projects and ensure efficient capacity planning.
- You will act as an interface to project/program boards and report regularly to CCM management/C-level.
Your contribution:
With your overview of national and cross-country projects and initiatives, including cost-benefit, you ensure our strategic approach to project portfolio planning.
