As IT Deployment Specialist, you are an integral part of the lifecycle team within our Global IT Support Group, responsible for implementing efficient deployment strategies and overseeing the integration of software applications and systems, ensuring seamless operations across our international global IT network.

How you will create an impact:

• You will support the transition from our current deployment technology (Matrix42 Empirum) to our future deployment solution based on Microsoft technology.
• You will design, deploy, and configure Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for enterprise environments, ensuring seamless integration with OnPrem Active Directory, Azure AD, and other Microsoft services.
• You will develop scalable and secure architectures for Intune deployment.
• You will collaborate with our security and compliance teams to implement security policies.
• You will oversee the entire device lifecycle, from enrollment and configuration to testing, implementation, monitoring, and decommissioning for various device platforms, from a technical point of view.
• You will automate deployment and management tasks using PowerShell scripts and Azure Automation and optimize workflows for increased efficiency.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define deployment requirements, create documentation, and provide training for both technical and non-technical users.
• You will ensure compliance with existing regulations and codes of conduct.

About you:

• You hold a university degree or similar in IT, computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field.
• You have several years of experience in similar roles within international organizations.
• You have solid communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• You possess extensive knowledge of administering deployment environments, particularly with Intune and Autopilot. Certifications are an advantage.
• You demonstrate strong initiative, diplomacy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multinational teams and stakeholders.
• You can document and communicate organizational procedures clearly and effectively.
• You adopt a holistic and systematic approach, focusing on building sustainable solutions rather than only addressing individual issues.
