Your Tasks :

• In interdisciplinary teams of consultants and experts**,** either work remotely (with residency in Germany) or in our Berlin or Hamburg offices.
• Occasional on-site visits to clients in Germany, Europe, and worldwide might be necessary (subject to prior agreement with YOU)
• Share your knowledge with your colleagues through regular Share and Grow Sessions .
• Acquire and develop your skills through education/certifications based on your individual development plan (training, workshops, etc.)
• Define data models and create data architecture for analysis.
• Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand the capabilities of Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft 365
• Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
• Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be put to better use and facilitate process improvement.
• Translate business-to-technology needs to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance
• Participation in all phases of software development from analysis to deployment
• Support for our customers during operation and in the event of problems

Requirements

What we expect:

• Professional-level English communication skills
• Functional German language skills or willingness to develop them within a reasonable period of time
• Presentation and communication skills, in particular, the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a comprehensible way to both technical and non-technical audience
• Residency in Germany or willingness to relocate to German
• 3 years of industry experience in building apps
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Relational databases and/or NoSQL knowledge at least at seminar/diploma thesis level
• Interest in Microsoft technologies, Power Platform, and Azure cloud and the willingness to constantly grow, learn, and enhance skills in this area
• Experience with Low/No code Apps (Microsoft Power Apps, AWS Honey Code)
• Experience in modeling data and creating reports in Power BI or administration of Microsoft 365/Azure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Gateway for Power Platform
• Competent technical knowledge to provide support to users
• Experience in providing training to users
