We are looking for
We are looking for a motivated, communicative and technically affine Sales Admin. & Operations candidate (m/f/d) for our B2B SaaS sales team with immediate effect. You will support our sales team in various areas focusing on partner/customer onboarding, sales enablement, tender/RFX management, and customer care.
Your mission
Partner/Customer Onboarding & Enablement
- Tech Onboarding: definition of optimized process, together with partner and success teams
- Technical Training: content responsibility, relevant to customer and partner onboarding
Sales Enablement & Automation
- CRM Administration: customizing Hubspot to meet Sales team goals
- Sales Processes: review and steady improvement of processes, designed to accelerate Sales
- Sales Enablement: Training & Onboarding of new members to Sales teams
Tender/RFX management
- RFX management: manage database and tool set to effectively respond to incoming RFX
- Deal Desk: build and manage taskforce to respond to unexpected inquiries
Customer Care
- Sales Automation process and account setup & troubleshooting
- License moves/merges/specials
What you need to succeed
- Business orientated educational background, with focus on software facilitated value propositions
- Minimum of 3 years of sales administrative and/or operational roles, focused on enabling sales success
- Fluency in German and English
- High degree of communication, cross-team synchronization, process optimization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly adopt and understand new technology narratives and value propositions
- Experience in initiating, managing and reporting of complex internal projects
- Strong focus on managing programs to enable customers, partners and members of sales
