As part of increasing the activity of one of our clients, we are looking for a Quality and Security Manager with an experience in a safety critical domain (m/f)
- Main mission:
- Maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27.001:2022 standards.
- Support the implementation of the means of compliance to the current and future EASA regulatory standards applied in the Air Traffic Control industry.
- Propose continuous improvement measures to increase efficiency.
- Advocate a horizontal Safety culture among the team through ongoing coaching, training, and promotion of internal quality processes and safety culture.
- Perform Quality Assurance to ensure that quality standards are achieved.
- Realize Internal audit ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Personal skills and competencies:
- You have strong analytical skills, allowing you to understand user needs and translate them into clear requirements for the development team.
- You are adaptable, self-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.
- You are organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your time effectively.
- You demonstrate resilience under pressure and are flexible in your approach.
- Mandatory technical skills:
- Expert in Integrated Management systems.
- Expert of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and its interpretation in the context of a software development organization.
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry and/or Air Traffic Control domain is mandatory.
- Experience with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, DO 254 are major advantages for this position.
- Prior experience:
- You have at least 10 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or other safety-critical domains.
- Experience as manager in Safety and management of the quality department.
- Experience of software development processes in safety-critical environment.
- Knowledge of EASA certification in Aerospace Industries.
- Language requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- French level: B1.
- German is a plus.
