Your tasks
As a technical project manager, you ensure that our customers can successfully process documents with the lector.ai platform. As the first point of contact for the customer, you communicate their wishes, expectations, and changes back to the team and actively work on finding a solution. You have an overview of all ongoing processes and always keep an eye on the project goal.
- You are responsible for the success and satisfaction of our customers with lector.ai.
- You assume responsibility for the timely and cost-effective completion, as well as high quality of the delivered projects.
- You build customer relationships, deal with customer representatives, and are the central point of contact for our customers throughout the project.
- You will work with our AI experts and developers to build customer-specific solutions and integrate them into our existing platform.
- You have creative ideas and are significantly involved in finding solutions.
- You take care of the operation of the software at the customer.
