With more than 20 brands, Estée Lauder Companies is the global leader in prestige beauty, recognized for its skincare, make-up, fragrances, and haircare products. In Switzerland, ELC has the main Supply Chain Hub for Travel Retail and EMEA.
Due to our continued growth, we are now hiring a Short-Range Planner to join our Planning team based in Lachen Manufacturing, Schwyz.
Main responsibilities:
- Creation of synchronized production plans for Compounding and Filling activities
- Align the efficient execution of the plans with our Operation Teams
- Reduce risks of planned productions in a 6-week horizon
- Create deliveries to deploy products to the demanding DC’s
- Ensure that shipments reach customers on time by monitoring the shipments (inter-plant WIP)
- KPI analyses and reporting within planning
- Monitor and make recommendations to relevant master data in SAP (e.g. Run Rates, MOQ, PDT)
- Manage optimal stock levels of intermediates
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or min 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing / Planning environment
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar planning-related role
- Min B2 in German and English (writing and speaking)
- Knowledge and experience in SAP APO/ ECC
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), PowerBI is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Strong prioritization skills
- Strong structured way of working
- Strong analytical skills
