Business Integration Lead (Lighthouse)

Job Description

1. Coach POs on business integration / adoption and ensure a compatible approach across the program.
2. Contribute product adoption to overall change management concept of program Lighthouse.
3. Coach responsible teams in all LGT banks on their effort to facilitate roll-out.
4. Coach Product Owners to plan end-user involvement in appropriate ways as part of their increment planning.
5. Coordinate direct and appropriate access to front and end-clients for all fusion teams and work with the broader organization to accept and appreciate this change.
6. Coach local topic owners to work with their respective local communities.
7. Continuously develop the ‘Fusion team’ concept of making practitioners part of the teams.
8. Lead the ‘guild’ of these SMEs.

Requirements

1. Ausgewiesene Projekterfahrung auf bankweiter / strategischer Stufe in Innovationsprojekten und Führungserfahrung in/mit agilen Teams.
2. Freude an der Gestaltung eines neuen Umfeldes und offen bei der Arbeit mit Unsicherheit.
3. Kunden- und zielgruppenorientiertes Denkvermögen mit Fokus auf die Customer Journey.
4. Ausgeprägte Macher-Mentalität, Stärken in der Kommunikation und Präsentation sowie ausgewiesene Erfahrung im Stakeholder Management.
5. Studium (Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsabschluss auf Bachelor- oder Masterstufe).
6. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
