IT System Engineer – Service Owner
Your tasks
- Responsible for the implementation of IT projects in the field of satellite ground systems
- Conception and structuring of IT systems to meet customer requirements
- Ensuring the compatibility of the concept with the technical requirements of the stakeholders in the project
- Responsibility for communicating optimization opportunities, incidents and problems as well as adhering to a stringent project structure
- Ensuring the quality of the documents required in the project
- Contact with the project management and creation of schedules for the implementation of the IT system
- Advice on the technologies used with the support of the service owners
- Communicate with stakeholders in systems engineering, cybersecurity, and software development
- Creation of tasks for the service owners and IT operations as well as monitoring of the implementation
- Support for new projects in the design phase to translate project requirements into IT infrastructure requirements
- Support of the test team in the execution of tests in the implementation phase
- Optional: Assumption of responsibility as a service owner
Qualification
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT and at least 3 years of experience in the project environment
- Or: Training as an IT specialist for system integration and at least 5 years of experience in the project environment
- Or: a comparable qualification
- Professional and personal requirements:
- Broad understanding of IT and specialization in at least one area
- Overview of complex interrelationships in the project and the ability to present them clearly
- High sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills, solution-oriented thinking, persuasiveness, friendliness and honesty
- Ability to provide technical guidance to employees
- Knowledge of Jira, MS Project, i-doit and the Office components
