Licensee/Licensed Director – Conveyancing

Part of the Summit Group, Combined Property Settlements has assisted thousands of clients since its inception in 1983. To continue delivering the exceptional levels of professional and personalised service CPS are renowned for, we are seeking an experienced Licensee/Licensed Director to lead the team. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for flexibility for the right candidate.

This role offers an opportunity to lead and collaborate within a supportive team facilitating property settlements via the PEXA platform. You will liaise across a diverse range of stakeholders including land developers, clients, and Landgate to ensure a smooth and efficient settlement process while managing trust accounts. With a strong focus on accuracy and client satisfaction, this role will address and resolve any issues that arise while providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.

About you

You are a proactive and solutions-focused professional with a Settlement Agent’s License and a proven track record of managing property settlements from start to finish. With expertise in PEXA and trust accounting, you excel at balancing priorities, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations. Your exceptional attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with clients, banks, and colleagues make you a true team player. You thrive in leadership roles, working collaboratively with an experienced team, and are motivated by opportunities for growth.
