Technical Support and Field Engineer

Location: (Europe) Whether working from home or on-site, flexibility is top priority for us

Duration: Long term contract

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Technical Service assessing our customers‘ labelling equipment, setting up labelling machines and ensuring customers operate their labelling lines most efficiently.
• Line assessments and qualifying new labelling applications.
• Troubleshooting and solving existing challenges on the lines together with the customers‘ team.
• Operating various labelling machines (experience on main manufacturers required).
• Training the operators on our customers‘ line to handle our products properly and operate the labelling equipment in the best possible way.
• Properly documenting situations at the customer to perform root-cause analysis together with our technical team inside our factory.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a proven outstanding track record in the packaging industry.
• Available to travel extensively, with a focus on Europe and potential for global assignments.
• Experience with operating and troubleshooting various labelling machines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with customers’ teams.
• Excellent training skills to educate operators on handling products and equipment.
• Ability to document technical situations accurately for internal analysis.
