The Merchant Solutions Technology group provides the Corporate Bank with a dedicated team that capitalizes on the rapidly evolving technology industry to provide our clients with new products and innovations. We deliver innovative products such as our Digital Payment Gateway (DPG), an API-based solution allowing Marketplaces and Merchants to streamline their payment processing and settlement activities. As part of our team within the Berlin Tech Hub, you will be responsible for analysis, technical design, development, and integration, liaising with the Product Owner, Architects, Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Testers.

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be developing Frontend applications for Merchant Solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Development of both greenfield and existing applications utilizing the design libraries.
• Assisting in the adoption of modern engineering practices, design principles, and Agile methodologies within the Merchant Solutions team.
• Collaborating with business sponsors and stakeholders to establish and execute requirements within agreed timelines.
• Partnering with Designers and QAs to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions to end users.

Your skills and experiences

• Passion for web development.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with React, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML standards.
• Outstanding proficiency in both written and verbal English.
• Familiarity with GCP, Github Actions, or general DevOps activities would be a plus.
