We are seeking a skilled CVENT Consultant to join our tier 1 client and provide expertise in managing and optimizing CVENT solutions for our business. The consultant will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including administration, incident management, integrations, and supporting business transformation. This is a full-remote role with a daily rate of 700 CHF/day , and the engagement is agreed until the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration and Maintenance :
- Oversee the administration and operational upkeep of the CVENT platform to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage configurations and platform settings to meet business needs.
Incident & Problem Management :
- Address and resolve system incidents and problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Perform root cause analyses to identify and mitigate recurring issues.
Service Fulfilment & Quality Assurance :
- Ensure timely fulfilment of service requests and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct system tests to validate releases and enhancements.
Integrations & Data Management :
- Manage and maintain integrations with other systems and tools.
- Oversee data governance, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Releases, Enhancements & Transformation :
- Plan and execute platform updates, new feature releases, and enhancements.
- Support business transformation efforts by leveraging CVENT’s capabilities.
Change Management & User Adoption :
- Facilitate change management processes to drive user adoption of the CVENT platform.
- Provide training and knowledge-sharing to ensure effective platform utilization.
Compliance & Knowledge Management :
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories related to CVENT processes and configurations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience : 3 to 5 years of professional experience in managing and consulting on CVENT solutions.
- Languages : Proficiency in English at C2 level .
- Skills :
- Strong knowledge of CVENT platform functionalities and administration.
- Expertise in incident and problem management.
- Experience in system integrations and data management.
- Proficiency in change management and user adoption strategies.
- Understanding of compliance and quality assurance practices.
- Location : Fully remote.
- Engagement Dates : Until December 2025 (with possible extensions).
- Daily Rate : 800 CHF/day.
