Job Summary:

For our location in Plattling, we are looking for a parental leave replacement as HR Specialist (m/f/d) . The position is limited for 1.5 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, etc.)
  • Preparatory payroll accounting and central interface to our payroll to ensure smooth payroll accounting
  • Central contact person for administrative HR topics
  • Collaboration with local colleges and universities
  • Processing ad hoc requests such as report preparation, etc.

What you offer:

  • Completed studies or commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a dynamic environment in which reliability and personal responsibility are required
  • Enjoyment of administrative tasks and a strong sense of responsibility
  • You are characterized by a proactive, solution-oriented way of working and a high quality standard
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and fluent written and spoken German and English are a matter of course for you
  • Ideally, you have experience with Workday
