Lead Data Management – Material Master (f/m/d)
For our Business Transformation Program, we are looking for you to support our Data Management Tower as „Lead Data Management – Material Master (f/m/d)“ at our Frankfurt Headquarters.

Aufgaben und Qualifikationen:
Your tasks:
- You own the Material Master data cluster’s strategy, objectives, and implementation.
- You will lead and mentor the Data Owners or Sub-Owners in your cluster.
- You are accountable for the data objects definition of the Material Master cluster and contribute that the data is properly defined, following standards and policies across the organization.
- You provide functional expertise to define data models, governance, processes, harmonization, and data quality rules.
- You oversee Data Quality Management activities for all data objects within your data cluster and provide guidance on prioritization and metrics.
- You review data migration reports with the Data Owner and will recommend corrective action if necessary.
Your profile:
- You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or comparable studies with several years of professional experience in a leadership role.
- You bring relevant experience in a Master Data Management oriented role in a technical and commercial context and are motivated in leading the Data Cluster Material Master.
- You have in-depth knowledge of (SAP) Data model, industry-leading Data Quality and Data Management practices especially in Material Master data objects.
- You are highly skilled in change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change, and performance measurement system design.
- You have excellent analytical skills with focus on details as well as problem-solving competence.
- You enjoy communicating and facilitating in English with senior level management from technology and business in an international and intercultural environment.
