These Are Your Tasks
- Coordination and professional management of steering committees on ESG/sustainability topics with the aim of improving the sustainability performance of OPmobility Modules
- Cross-site planning, development, implementation and evaluation of projects and measures in the area of ESG / Sustainability
- Collaboration in the processing of internal and external requirements
- Communication with and close relationship to the Group as part of the OPmobility EHS Group community
- Compiling and tracking sustainability performance indicators and monitoring ESG/sustainability targets / preparation of reporting and dashboards
- Balancing the annual CO2 footprint for the Modules Business Group in compliance with the existing standards of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol
- Supporting quality management in further developing the content of the existing management systems for the environment and energy
- Internal communication, organization and implementation of internal training courses on the topic of ESG/sustainability
What You Should Bring With You
- Degree in the fields of business administration, sustainability or similar
- First relevant experience in the field of sustainability
- Very good MS Office skills and quick comprehension skills
- Hands-on mentality and high self-motivation
- Responsible handling of confidential information
- High level of German and English (B2)
- Friendly and open-minded demeanor
