Your main missions will be:

You will be part of the Process Excellence division – a young and dynamic team located in France and Germany working on groupwide transformation projects of large scope with a direct exposure to top management. Example initiatives are end-to-end process optimization (standardization / streamlining) or the introduction of disruptive technology / methodology (e.g. BPM / Lean Management). Amongst others, your tasks would be:

1. Group wide communication through video content: create the scripts, manage the coordination with the group communication team, ensure the publication of the videos through internal channels.
2. Creation of training and communication material in the video format in coordination with several stakeholders.
3. Support the team with their communication strategy.
4. Support change management and be, internally, an ambassador of the lean management and process orchestration.

Your Qualifications:

1. You are enrolled in a university degree in marketing, communication, business administration.
2. A first experience in lean management or in process orchestration projects is considered as an advantage.
3. A general affinity towards video content creation and marketing is key.
4. You show a proactive approach to learn about our businesses, processes and IT systems in order to better execute the digital communication.
5. You demonstrate excellent presentation structuring skills, good verbal, written and analytical skills.
6. You have very good proficiency of English and German or English and French. Additional language skills are welcome.
7. You are available to start immediately.
