The facilitator will lead the design and implementation of high-quality professional development, utilize data to enhance student achievement, and promote effective instructional practices. They will guide curriculum development using the Understanding by Design framework, support the Professional Learning Communities model, and ensure alignment with MSIP standards. Strong collaboration with LCR3 Instructional Coaches and teacher leaders, along with expertise in resource selection and research-based practices, is essential.
