Location: Berlin

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

The role will be initial on a contract basis!

Job Purpose

The role of a Talent Acquisition Partner is really important to us. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies in our new office in Essen.

You will help our Sales management team with advertising, screening, interview scheduling of candidates for new sales positions in the team.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

1. Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activity for our volume roles; including posting job adverts, screening candidates, arranging interviews and delivering offers.
2. Building candidate talent pools and shortlist suitable candidates to hiring managers.
3. Actively source candidates for our vacancies via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, social media and other methods.
4. Effectively manage the recruitment stages with all candidates, including feedback, offer and facilitation of the onboarding process, to build a positive employer brand.
5. Work closely with hiring managers and departmental directors to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions.
