The Role:

Come and be a part of our European Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about our forward-thinking talent strategy and delivering a best-in-class new hire experience! We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support hiring efforts across the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing full life cycle recruiting including employer branding, requisition creation, direct sourcing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Building effective partnerships with hiring leaders, you take a vested interest in learning our businesses/technologies, are confident explaining it to others, and keep a pulse on the industry landscape for the functions you cover.
  • Being a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and will be able to help guide thinking around the best profiles for our roles.
  • Source and pipeline the best talent in the market through diverse and innovate sourcing strategies.
  • Delivering a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.
  • Employer branding initiatives – collaborating with the marketing team to design and execute employer branding campaigns for the DACH region.
  • Serve as a point of contact for work council-related matters in recruitment.

About You:

  • Fluent in German & English (spoken & written)
  • You will have 8 + years of full life cycle recruiting experience across the DACH region. Experience recruiting sales talent is required. Previous agency experience is a plus!
  • Familiarity with Work Council regulations and practices in Germany
  • You have business acumen and the motivation to learn a complex business.
  • You can provide examples of how you influenced a hiring leader through clearly communicating labor market reality, demonstrating a deep understanding of the organizational strategy and/or challenging a hiring leader’s assumptions.
  • You have direct sourcing experience and will be able to talk through your direct sourcing strategies.
  • Be a thought partner to senior leaders by using data to define recruiting strategies and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit for talent.
  • Build relationships with business partners to problem solve and streamline processes related to recruitment and on-boarding.
  • You are highly organised and have a high attention to detail.
  • Experience using Workday and Lever (ATS) is a plus.
