Your responsibilities:
- Lead the French and German Campaigns Teams on a strategic level to reach the company objectives.
- Oversee campaign inventory planning by guiding your teams in determining the sellable inventory across various placements and formats and advising the sales team to optimize budget fulfilment.
- Act as the main point of contact for all strategic campaign topics, including staffing, process improvement, and technical enhancements.
- Review and ensure the quality and feasibility of campaign recommendations for strategic accounts.
- Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of campaign performance, collaborating closely with the teams to drive success for high-priority clients.
- Support Campaign Managers in both markets by coordinating necessary training to maintain and improve the quality of campaign delivery.
- Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines for all aspects of campaign implementation.
- Compile regular performance reports detailing campaign outcomes and insights for both markets.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of process and internal guidelines to ensure consistency across teams.
- Identify and recommend new delivery channels to meet client needs and adapt to evolving market trends.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in successfully leading performance marketing teams.
- Strong track record in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in media buying, ideally in a media agency.
- Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (additional certifications are a plus).
- Data-driven and detail-oriented approach and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Proactive and organized working manner, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Solid technical understanding and a genuine interest in digital marketing technologies.
- Fluency in English (German and French as a plus).
