I am working with a Global Leader in the Aerospace industry who are looking for an exceptional candidate to spearhead production planning initiatives and bridge the gap between the production planning and production team. Please see below for further details:

Responsibilities

1. Lead production planning and control, ensuring team alignment and efficient resource utilisation.
2. Maximise production control by balancing internal and external processes for cost-efficient outcomes.
3. Ensure timely delivery aligned with customer requirements.
4. Analyse and enhance supply chain processes, developing strategies for digitalization and supplier management for outsourced operations.
5. Develop and implement KPIs, analyze results, and take proactive measures to enhance productivity.
6. Create and execute backlog reduction plans.

Profile

1. Degree in industrial engineering, production planning/logistics, or similar.
2. Extensive experience in strategic production planning/control.
3. Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, change-driven mindset.
4. Background in lean management/operational excellence.
5. Exceptional analytical abilities, structured approach, and proactive thinking.
6. Proficiency in English and German; SAP experience is a plus.
