Play a key role in expanding our sales network and support the implementation of our innovative projects.

As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will serve as a crucial link between sales, customers,
and technical development. Combining technical expertise with sales acumen, you will
handle customer inquiries, develop technical solutions, and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support and Technical Assistance:
  • Act as the primary contact for technical questions regarding our hyperspectral
    cameras and their applications.
  • Support the integration of our products into customer-specific systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop application scenarios.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to customers (on-site and online).
  • Manage customers from industries such as remote sensing, agriculture,
    industrial inspection, and security.
  • Lead management, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Project Work and Support:
  • Collaborate with the Application Engineering team to develop
    customer-specific solutions.
  • Plan and conduct customer training sessions.
  • Trade Shows and Events:
  • Provide technical and sales support at trade shows and conferences.
  • Prepare and follow up on leads and inquiries.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
  • Analyze market requirements and identify new applications for hyperspectral
    technology.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Geography, Remote Sensing, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Practical experience in remote sensing (hyperspectral or multispectral) is an advantage.
  • Passion for technical innovations and their practical applications.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus, and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~20%).
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
