This is a consulting firm with offices globally and all offices in Europe are well-connected. The office in Frankfurt is in a newly refurbished office in a prime central location, with fitness centre on-site. The culture is team oriented – this won’t suit you if you prefer a smaller office environment with little interaction; you must enjoy communicating with peers, executives and clients to thrive in this role!
The role: You’ll be Executive Assistant to one Partner plus 3 consultants who need support with:
- Proactive calendar management
- International travel organisation
- Liaising with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- Strategic planning, gatekeeping and meeting prioritisation
- Organising events & off-sites
- Expenses & invoicing (bespoke system – training provided!)
- Assisting other teams / helping your teammates when needed
The hours : 40 hours, 9am-6pm with flexibility to start earlier / finish earlier on occasion when needed, in the office 4 days per week with 1 day’s home office.
The fixed salary is circa 65,000€ depending on experience, plus performance related bonus (usually much higher than market average), plus corporate benefits.
To be considered for this role you MUST:
- Have worked in a professional services or financial services firm in a similar role
- Have supported teams that expect proactive support from their Executive Assistants, and who work at a high pace
- Be able to work in an environment that changes direction quickly in line with commercial decision making
- Be a team player and willing to support other teams when needed
- Be fluent in German and professional, business level English
- Have the right to work in the EU
- Be proficient with Microsoft Outlook
