Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the entire operative Recruitment process within the relevant department – from job advertisement to hiring.
- You are proficient in and use a wide range of tools for talent acquisition, with a key focus on social networks and active sourcing.
- You are in charge of target group-specific social media campaigns and are passionate about building Packsize\’s brand as an attractive employer.
- You organize recruiting & university events – including internal & external communication.
- You evaluate implemented measures, prepare reports and identify areas for optimization.
- You contribute new ideas for the further development of our recruitment process, employer branding and social media content and play an active role in their implementation.
- You work closely with colleagues from the HR team and Marketing team – based in both Europe and the USA.
Your strengths
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in the field of HR and ideally with a focus on marketing or have a comparable qualification.
- You have extensive practical work experience in recruiting as well as in the areas of employer branding and social media, including the conception and implementation of campaigns.
- You are creative and have a knack for trends, target groups and storytelling.
- You communicate confidently in English and enjoy intercultural interaction.
- You have a talent for organization with a structured, trustworthy, reliable and independent way of working.
- You have a strong motivation for proactive personal development and a high willingness to learn.
- You think and act in a customer and service-oriented manner and represent our company in an exemplary way with your excellent social manners.
- You also have excellent teamwork skills and a pronounced \’hands-on\‘ mentality.
