Job Description

Our DACH team is hiring with its CRM team, and we have a number of openings for graduates/ Junior CRM Executives to join our team. Working for some of the largest, most popular sports and gaming betting brands across Germany you will play a key part in creating engaging context for our huge customer base.

As a CRM Executive, you will work with the Campaign Manager to carry out bwin’s local communications and promotions plan across sports, casino and poker for the Austrian market. You’ll help ensure that our messaging feels local and authentic while staying aligned with global brand strategies. You’ll create communications for every stage of the customer journey, including onboarding, retention, upselling/cross-selling, and reactivation.

What you will do

1. Collaborate with the team to implement CRM strategies for Germany.
2. Create and deliver engaging multi-channel campaigns, including email, push notifications, and inbox messages.
3. Develop and execute short-term and long-term promotions to drive player engagement.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and achieve KPIs.
5. Work with internal teams (content, design, brand) to align with the CRM plan.
6. Utilize CRM tools to manage and execute campaigns effectively.

Qualifications

1. Have a passion for digital marketing, and have recently just graduated from a marketing course or have 1-2 years experience within a junior CRM role previously.
2. Having a keen interest in sports would also be ideal, as within this role you will live and breathe football and gaming!
3. Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
