For our headquarter in Bremen we are looking as of now for a Working Student Commercial Excellence – Training Content Design and Management (m/f/d) with 10 – 20 flexible workhours per week.
The Commercial Excellence team acts as the strategic business partner to the sales and service organization reporting to the President of the Bruker Daltonics GmbH & Co. KG. The team supports the business by optimizing the go-to market approach, enabling back-office processes, striving to improve existing commercial processes, and implementing functionalities into our Customer Relationship Management tool. Additionally, we are creating business insights in our Business Analytics tool. As a working student, you would have a focus on creation and design of training content and management of our training academy tool for the above mentioned areas.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials, such as process presentations and best practices of tool usage.
- Creating and updating e-learning training content using slides, animations, videos and pictures.
- Set up training quizzes
- Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure a cohesive and effective training program.
- Management of training programs for different stakeholders.
- Upload training materials to our Training Academy infrastructure.
- User Management of Training Academy
Qualifications
- Student in media design, digital media or related to e-learning content creation
- Content creation skills: Experience in screen recording or animation tools to develop visually appealing and engaging training materials
- Familiarity with E-Learning tools or willingness to learn such a tool to manage content
- Structured and accurate mode of operation, creativity and „out-of-the-box” thinking
- Attention to detail: Being meticulous in crafting quiz questions, ensuring accuracy, relevance and clarity in the context of the software being taught
- Software proficiency: Quick ability to learn a software to create accurate and relevant training content
- Fluent language skills in English
