Jr. PR Manager (12 month contract)

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for our media monitoring and coverage reporting: You save and classify the coverage according to fixed parameters (EXCEL), and make sure that all coverage folders are excellently maintained.
• You are responsible for our incoming PR requests including answering and selecting cooperation offers as well as forwarding requests to your PR colleagues, our agencies and other relevant internal stakeholders.
• You support the PR team in the collaboration with international agencies on a day-to-day basis.
• You manage and update press kits and other PR material to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• You support with the preparation of project pitches and research.
• In close collaboration with the PR team, you create trend analyses, and conduct exciting projects as well as offline PR activities.
• You draft written interviews and PR related texts.
• You collaborate with the Social Media Team to align PR efforts with online content and campaigns.

That\’s you

• Ideally, you already have first PR experience.
• You are familiar with the modern media landscape (incl. podcasts or online magazines) & trending topics.
• You are fluent in English and German.
• You are good with words and have experience with writing German and English PR texts.
• You are a communicative and committed person, you have a hands-on mentality, and you are able to handle various projects at a time.
