On behalf of a client, we are currently looking for a Head of Operational Excellence (f/m/d) in the Schleswig-Holstein region. The position provides an opportunity to shape the organization’s growth by leading transformation initiatives and managing change effectively.
Your Tasks:
- Deliver coaching and training on operational excellence principles
- Lead the development and implementation of initiatives, focused on operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Contribute to the achievement of COPS (Cost of Production Savings) targets
- Drive organizational change across multiple functions
Your Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in transformation, operations, and change management, with a strong focus on operational excellence
- Experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English (C1) and German (B2)
