Ventura OS is our exciting new venture—a cutting-edge, user-friendly software built on two decades of experience. Designed to revolutionize multi-destination tour operations, Ventura OS is set to become the go-to solution for Tour Operators and DMCs worldwide.

As the Ventura OS Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this innovative business branch. If you’re an experienced professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a heart for adventure, we want you on our team!

You’ll work alongside a dynamic group of directors, each leading their own brand, supported by Ventura TRAVEL’s specialized departments to help you achieve Ventura OS’s full potential.

On daily basis you will

  • Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Ventura OS, aligning with our mission.
  • Identify market opportunities, build partnerships, and position Ventura OS as a global leader.
  • Ensure the software is user-friendly and meets the needs of multi-destination tour operators.
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver seamless results.
  • Collaborate with Ventura TRAVEL brands to leverage internal synergies.
  • Manage budgets to ensure profitability and efficient use of resources.
  • Set KPIs, monitor progress, and drive software growth and adoption.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and deliver exceptional value.
