Responsibilities
- Architect, specify, design, and integrate high-performance RF/mmWave IPs/ICs
- Develop and design integrated high-frequency circuits in radar technology
- Focus on circuit design for 24 GHz, 60 GHz, and 120 GHz frequency ranges
- Collaborate with design teams including system, application, software, RF lab, and ATE
- Lead technical activities and manage junior staff
- Perform or assist in the characterization and debugging of designed circuits in the RF lab
Requirements

- MSc or PhD in electronic or microelectronic engineering, with 5+ years of industry experience in RF/mmWave IC design
- In-depth knowledge of designing integrated circuits in silicon-based technologies, especially for RF circuits operating above 10 GHz
- Proven experience in designing mmWave circuits (e.g., amplifiers, PAs, phase rotators, splitters/combiners, LNAs, frequency multipliers)
- Familiarity with CMOS and Bi-CMOS technologies, especially in automotive specifications
- Strong expertise in transistor-level analog and RF circuit simulation, layout design, and verification tools (e.g., Cadence, EMX, RFpro, PathWave, HFSS, CST)
- Skilled in RF component measurement and characterization (e.g., VNA, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators)
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and collaboration skills
- Business-level fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
