Global Head of ISC Value Engineering

Your Role

Your primary objective is to drive retention and profitability by directly influencing the acquisition of new customers and driving long-standing customer retention through delivering real cost savings to our customers in a measurable and objective way. This role will liaise with the ISC Global Product team as well as Global Business and Commercial Development teams and support global initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive retention and profitability by influencing the acquisition of new customers.
• Deliver real cost savings to customers in a measurable and objective way.
• Build, empower, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Drive growth and profitability in line with the Global ISC Strategies, measured on customer retention and growth.
• Manage strategy and governance of value engineering and solutions “tool kit.”
• Manage overall opportunity assessments to identify and prioritize value creation.
• Manage governance of discovery workshops and formulate problem statements.
• Manage identification and sequencing of all supply chain value component improvement initiatives.
• Manage the design and documentation of tailored solutions and value propositions.
• Manage governance of business reviews to prioritize improvement initiatives.
• Support account and operational key account managers in commercial negotiations.
• Manage handovers and track benefit realization.
• Manage governance of projects and improvement initiatives.
• Develop a working environment for ISC colleagues focusing on career development and succession planning.

Your Skills and Experiences

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience in international markets.
• Masters (preferred) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Improvement/Continuous Improvement.

The target salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $190,000 base salary. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
