We are a globally successful company in the fields of mechanical and plant engineering and electrical engineering. As a service provider for industry, our core tasks include new installations and relocations of machines and systems, as well as carrying out maintenance and optimization work.

Your Tasks
- Ensuring IT security and data protection
- Support with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting for hardware and software problems
- Supporting users with technical queries and problems
- Participation in IT projects and implementations
- Documentation of IT processes and solutions
You Bring With You
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist, IT systems administrator) or comparable qualification
- Experience in IT support and system administration
- Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with network technologies (e.g. LAN, WAN, VPN)
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Experience in working with SAP desirable
