We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex software development projects, coordinating multiple teams to deliver innovative ESG solutions. Your Role
As the Technical Project Manager – ESG Software Development , you’ll coordinate the work of a team of 6 engineers, one product manager and a designer for one of Daato’s product lines across multiple time zones, driving on-time delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the work of six engineers, one product manager and a designer distributed development teams to ensure synchronized efforts on key product features
- Manage and oversee the timely delivery of coordinated releases for ESG software solutions
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to align on technical goals and project timeline
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional technical teams
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and adjust plans to meet deadlines
- Ensure new features meet technical quality standards through thorough testing oversigh
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure smooth project execution
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate with a proven track record in technical project management and software development coordination.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on software development
- Demonstrated success in coordinating multiple development teams, ideally across different time zones
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Full business proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar
- Experience working with remote teams and stakeholders from varying locations and backgrounds
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI
- Technical understanding of software development (ideally with NestJS, React, and TypeScript)
- Experience in sustainability, ESG, or related industries
- Background in managing projects for startups or scale-ups
