SAP Organizational Change Management Lead – Hybrid role

Here at RED, we are looking for an SAP Organizational Change Management Lead to start on an S4 HANA project for one of our global end clients.

The consultant is expected to start in February/March 2025 for an initial 6 months contract with a possibility of extension. The project is hybrid with travel within Europe.

Desired skills:

• 7+ years experience as an OCM (Organizational Change Management)
• Previous experience as SAP OCM on global implementation projects
• Strong knowledge in leading strategic and tactical change management
