Job Description
- Developing a scalable strategy tailored to the diverse market needs and regulatory requirements across Europe
- Identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing target markets
- Engaging directly with new customers (e.g., hospitals) on-site
- Creating a Market Access Plan as part of the global expansion strategy, including market entries
- Establishing the KOL (Key Opinion Leader) program to implement market development and company growth plans
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends in the medical technology sector
The Successful Applicant
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, healthcare management, or medical technology
- Proven track record of success in launching new products or expanding market share, ideally within a start-up environment
- Several years of experience in senior sales leadership roles in the medical technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth and market positioning
- Familiarity with European markets and regulatory requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent English & German skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
